Analysis of Out-Patient Satisfaction to Revisit In General Hospitals

Abstract
The environment of hospital marketing is changing rapidly. The level of expectation and demand of patients have become greater andmore diversified. Therefore, marketing and strategies should be focused on patient satisfaction. This study purposes to investigate the revisiting hospital of patient satisfaction. The sample used in this study consisted of 638 outpatients. The kindness of nurses have significantly positive effects the patients satisfaction and revisiting hospital by logistic regression analysis.
